We're living in a harsh reality of people suffering, when in fact, most of the suffering could end tomorrow if people weren't so inclined on their personal interests and especially financial. The system forces us to behave that way, you have to survive and being charitable when you can't afford to, unfortunately means that you need to be selfish at some level. The conditions of our world are getting problematic year after year, some problems are already at the point of no return. Electric cars are supposed to solve most of the climate change problem, when in reality, the numerous electrical parts are hard to source mostly because the rare earth materials are getting even harder to get, there's also the fact that the lithium supply on the planet is limited, there will be no lithium left in 70 years from now. The lithium batteries will all end up in landfills, because there's no way to recycle that. Anyway, the damage has been done and is irreversible, it only gets worse from now on.
